The Patient is 3 y/o with chief complain of left lower extremity edema sicnce 2.5 years ago but swelling of her log has been increased since 6 months ago

:The labs study are

CBC:  w= 6700---> p=63%

           Hb=3/4 

           Plt= 31000

           Retic=4/5%

BMA: hypocellular

Flowcytometry: normal
